Assistant Executive Housekeeper at Six Senses Ibiza to support the Director of Housekeeping in overseeing daily operations of guest rooms, residences, public areas, and laundry. Lead, train, and motivate the housekeeping team while ensuring compliance with health, safety, and hygiene regulations. Minimum qualification: hospitality diploma/degree and 2+ years' experience in luxury hotel operations, with advanced MS Office skills, fluency in English and Spanish, and deep knowledge of cleaning, sanitation, and hotel management systems.

- Minimum hospitality diploma/degree from a recognized hospitality school and more than two years' experience in a similar hotel operational role
- Advanced MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
- Familiarity with hotel systems including POS and PMS platforms
- Knowledge of hotel/resort policies on room allocation
- Excellent communication abilities
- Keen eye for detail
- Deep understanding of cleaning and sanitation practices
- Ability to develop and implement effective cleaning schedules and protocols
