Bartender at Six Senses Ibiza in Portinatx. You will lead beverage service operations with a focus on guest satisfaction, bar maintenance, and Six Senses' brand standards including sustainability and wellness initiatives. Requires minimum hospitality diploma and one year of experience in luxury hotels, with expertise in cocktail-making, wine and spirits knowledge, and fluent English.
Lo que piden
- Minimum one year's experience in a similar operational role in luxury hotels. Experience in cocktail-making, beverage service and garnishing.
- Hospitality diploma/degree from a recognized hospitality school
- Excellent knowledge of wines, spirits and mixed drinks
- Advanced MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
- Familiarity with hotel systems including MICROS/point of sale platforms
- Knowledge of food and beverage terminology, wine service, costs, menu development, food hygiene codes and inventory control
