Chef de Partie, Indian Cuisine, in Ibiza for the Pacha Group. Execute preparation and service of Indian dishes for In-Room Dining in line with agreed recipes and presentation standards. Coordinate with other culinary sections, maintain workstation hygiene, monitor portion control, contribute to seasonal menu development, and mentor junior chefs.
